Features:

Expanded graphite packing is braided from high-grade low sulphur expanded graphite yarn. This item has superior resistance from high temperature and chemical corrosion,as well as other special sealing effects.It’s widely used in steam valves of powder station,,static sealing with high temperature,high pressure and chemical corrosion.
Application conditions:
1) Max. working temperature:-200 ~ +650 (STEAM)
-200 ~ +565 (ATMOSPHERE)
2) Max. working pressure: 25 Mpa
(can only be used in valve and other static sealing condition)

(2)Expanded graphite packing(with inconel jacketed)pressure:40 Mpa

5) Density: 1.10 ~ 1.35g/cc(with cotton, fiberglass,ss304,inconel)
Density :1.50 ~ 1.60g/cc(with inconel jacketed)

Expanded graphite packing with various reinforced material ,such as cotton, fiberglass, carbon fiber, SS304, copper, inconel wire are available on requested, and the graphite round flat packing with or without adhesive tape are all available.
